Important information about your appointment
Bookings
Scheduling in advance ensures your preferred appointment time as well as your therapist of choice.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a relaxed check-in. First time clients will be asked to provide information on medical history and lifestyle. This information is used solely to provide you with the best care possible and remains completely confidential. A more detailed consultation will be provided during your service.
Cancellations
24 hours’ cancellation notice will be greatly appreciated.
If a client is late, he/she may not receive the fully scheduled time. The client will be charged the full amount of the session.
If using a gift card, gift certificate or other promotional offer, no shows/no calls will void the card/certificate/offer.
Non-Refundable Deposits
To ensure the timeliness and availability of our services, a deposit will be required to confirm all appointments. Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable.

Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Payment is due when services are rendered
